Grieving the loss of a young child can feel isolating, overwhelming, and life-altering. You are not alone.

Loved & Remembered—our newest therapeutic support group, is a safe, compassionate space for mothers to share, reflect, and heal together after the loss of a child aged 1–4.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we will:
💛 Explore the concept of continuing bonds and how you can nurture an ongoing connection with your baby
💛 Connect over the challenges of child loss, and how it impacts your relationships, roles, identity, and nearly every aspect of your life
💛 Grieve together in a space where your pain is seen, your story matters, and healing is possible through connection

🗓 Mondays, June 2 – July 28
🕕 6:00–7:15 PM

This is a closed group—participants must attend all 8 sessions to support a safe and consistent space.
