Introduction to Vinyasa Flow

Are you curious about Vinyasa yoga but not sure where to begin? Join Selena Morales, certified yoga teacher and physical therapy assistant for his two-part series is designed especially for beginners who want a welcoming and supportive space to start their Vinyasa yoga journey.

In these two 90-minute sessions, you’ll:

• Learn what Vinyasa yoga means and how it can support your body and mind.
• Explore beginner-friendly poses step by step, with demonstrations, modifications, and the use of props to support healthy alignment.
• Practice linking breath with movement, building confidence as you go.
• Experience a guided flow at the end of each class to bring everything together.

Part 1: focuses on seated and floor poses—an approachable way to build a foundation while connecting to your breath and body.

Part 2: shifts into standing poses, building strength, balance, and flow as you move through a longer guided sequence.

By the end of the series, you’ll feel confident stepping into any yoga class—or continuing to build your practice at your own pace.
