Healing Pathways with Brenda Hoffa

Join certified yoga teacher and health coach Brenda Hoffa for a heartfelt 3-class series designed for anyone seeking to restore balance and vitality after a health challenge. Having recently navigated her own health crisis, Brenda brings both wisdom and compassion to her teaching. She has combined the strengths of Western medicine with alternative healing practices and lifestyle upgrades, and now she is eager to share the tools that supported her journey back to wellness.

Each class begins with 20–30 minutes of gentle yoga movement to ease the body, quiet the mind, and support healing. The second part of class invites participants into an exploration of healing habits and supportive strategies—practical lifestyle shifts, nourishing practices, and empowering insights that can help anyone strengthen resilience and deepen their well-being.

Whether you are recovering from illness, navigating ongoing health concerns, or simply feeling called to uplevel your lifestyle, this series offers both encouragement and practical guidance. Brenda’s compassionate presence creates a safe, supportive space for all.
