EquiStable™ 'Pilates in Riding' (on horse sessions)

EquiStable are pleased to bring you a ‘Pilates in Riding’ clinic. Bring your horse along and learn or adapt the fundamental principles of good Pilates practice whilst on your horse! We will look at the principles of Pilates ABC (Alignment, Breathing, Core) whilst you ride in a 60 minute session.

We will look at your natural riding alignment and suggest simple ways to get you sitting more effectively in the saddle. We will look at the importance of good breath control and practice patterns that can particularly help when under stress.

We will also discuss the meaning behind ‘USE YOUR CORE’, how to use it and how much to use. These sessions are taken by Megan Rees, Chartered Physiotherapist, Rehabilitative APPI Pilates Instructor and PSG Dressage Rider.

WITHDRAWAL policy: If notification of withdrawal is given more than 14 days in advance of event date a refund will be issued minus a 10% admin fee. If notification of withdrawal is given less than 14 days but more than 48 hours in advance a transfer or refund can be offered only when your space can be filled from the waitlist. If your space can be filled from the waitlist (prior to 48 hours) a refund will be issued minus a 10% admin fee. Withdrawals made less than 48 hours before the event, for whatever reason, are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled we will refund the amount you paid minus any processing or services fees using the same payment method used for purchase.
