SUP Yoga [Session 2]

Join us for a unique yoga experience on the water! Mary will lead a peaceful and engaging Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga class, while Tracy will be on hand to offer guidance and assistance throughout the session. All SUPs will be tied/anchored in the swim area at Random Lake Beach, creating a open water yet supportive environment—perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to paddleboard yoga or looking to deepen your practice.

Enjoy the calming sounds of nature, the gentle movement of the water, and a supportive community as you flow, balance, have fun in the water. Space is limited, and board rentals are available—don’t miss out on this special summer class!
