Summer POP UP Chair Yoga Series [5 classes only]

Join me for a gentle and accessible yoga class—no experience or floor work required! Using a chair for support, we’ll explore both seated and standing poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. This class is perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a safe, supportive yoga experience.

I'm Tracy, and I’m excited to be a guest instructor at Yoga for Life this summer. I’d love for you to join me on the mat (or the chair!) and discover how good yoga can make you feel.
