Get ready to dive into the world of sushi as Sujin - who has been making sushi for over 25 years and has been a valued Weaver Street Market partner since 2004 - leads you through the art of sushi making. Learn pro techniques and tips, learn how to prepare that all-important, perfectly seasoned sushi rice and gain an understanding of everything from filling, to cutting, to plating.
