Autumn Restore with Live Ukulele and Singing Bowls

Join Lauren Demberg for a 90-minute restorative yoga experience accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls and live ukulele by Michael LaShawn. This deeply nourishing class is designed to create space for healing and rejuvenation through the powerful combination of sound and yoga.In restorative yoga, poses are held passively on the floor for longer periods of time with the support of props, allowing your body to fully release and rest. The practice encourages deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while inviting stillness and ease.

As you settle into each posture, you’ll experience the calming vibrations of Lauren’s singing bowls and the gentle, uplifting melodies of Michael’s ukulele. Together, these sounds enhance your ability to let go and immerse yourself in the duality of movement and stillness.
