This 6 week series is designed for postpartum birth parents ready to reconnect with their strength in a supportive space. Parenthood is demanding – we hold and carry our babies, lug car seats and diaper bags, push strollers, squat to pick up toys off the floor, climb stairs, transfer our babies into and out of a crib! Join Amanda Pope, certified personal trainer and pre/post-natal specialist (and mom!), for this series where we’ll move with care, rejecting the idea of “bouncing back.” Instead, we’ll shift the focus to the many benefits of postpartum movement that have nothing to do with how our bodies look.
In each session, you can expect breathwork, core awareness, functional strength training, and mobility work. There’ll also be room for discussion and connection with fellow parents. The hope for the end of the series is for you to feel stronger and well-equipped with the tools to continue your movement journey as a parent.

For: postpartum parents, must be cleared by your Doctor to start movement
