I'm running two low price taster Forest Bathing sessions in the new year to reset after the intensity of the holiday season!
Saturday 10th Jan 10:30-12:00 (1.5hrs)
Saturday 7th Feb’ 2:00-3:30 (1.5hrs)
The new year is a time to be gentle and kind to ourselves, and to prioritise our own wellbeing, where we can. I am hoping everyone can find little glimmers of time for themselves this season.
