Would you like to learn to be more self sufficient, and to plan and execute dives without a buddy? Or perhaps you dive with people you don’t necessarily know?
Everything you learn on this course can be implemented when diving with a buddy, but is particularly useful for those diving with camera or videography equipment, diving with children, diving with studentsor those of us who simply enjoy diving alone!
This one day course covers the theory and two dives to practice skills that are important when diving alone, such as navigation, deploying and using safety equipment, and utilising an independent gas source.
The course cost is £250 and this includes tuition, materials and certification when earned. Not included are transport, entry to the dive site, gas or equipment hire (although this can be arranged). Participants must be 21 years old (or older), SDI Advanced Diver (equivalent or higher) and must have evidence of 100 dives.
