Sound Bowl Event & Group Banner Painting

Join us for a sound bowl and group art banner event!

We’re going to kick off with a sound bowl meditation led by meditation instructor Brooke Eaton and then head into a creative flow with charcoal artist and painter Lizbeth Fierro by painting together on a huge banner! The goal is to just come out and have fun! Immerse yourself in mindfulness, creative energy, and community building.

We will provide all supplies! We just ask that you wear something comfortable and/or clothes you’re willing to paint in. Come vibe out, art, and meet new friends!

You don't have to be experienced to do this, we're inviting everyone to come hangout!!
