This session is designed for people who think they don't have time to meditate. Learn practical techniques to incorporate brief moments of mindfulness throughout your day, from one-minute breathing exercises to mindful walking between meetings. Learn how these small practices can reduce stress, improve focus and enhance overall well-being. The session will be led by a Buddhist teaching monk who has a doctoral degree in Buddhist studies. All levels of meditation experience are welcome.
There is no cost for this session but donations of any amount will be gratefully accepted on the day of the event.
