Group Meditation and Reiki with Master Reiki, Jamie Parrott
Curious about Reiki and its many benefits?
Familiar with Reiki but need a tune up? This is the class for you!
We will begin with some light stretching then settle into a comfortable position for a guided meditation and reiki. Hot tea and dark chocolate will be served at the end.
Wear comfy clothes and feel free to bring a pillow and/or blanket. Start your weekend off right, feeling relaxed and grounded.
Cost is $25.
