-Equipment and Ingredients: Detailed information on bakery equipment, utensils, ingredients, and sourcing materials.
-Costing: Tips on costing and other essential considerations for starting a bakery business.

Practical Demonstrations and Hands-On Training:
The practical sessions will include demonstrations and hands-on training for baking various breads and pastries, such as:

Sweet Dough (Bitcho-Bitcho, Doughnuts, Pan de Coco, Spanish Bread, Ensaymada)
