MNL City Run, the country’s premier charitable run organizer, is offering something new this July. This upcoming event is a refreshing twist on the runs it has organized since 2019: its first-ever aqua run.
MNL CITY RUN: Aqua Run 2025 – “The Coolest Way to Run with Purpose” combines the thrill of running with the energy of a splash-filled celebration of community and charity. Happening on July 13, 2025, at Central Park, Filinvest City Alabang, it will feature the following categories: 3K, 5K, 10K, and 16K.
With an expected turnout of 3,000 participants, including runners, families, and fun-seekers, this unique event promises a water-blasted race course and a vibrant, festival-style atmosphere — all while supporting meaningful causes.
Over the past few years, MNL City Run has built a solid reputation for organizing purpose-driven races that make a difference. Each of its events has championed a range of advocacies — from protecting the environment to providing aid for children and individuals with critical health needs. Aqua Run 2025 marks a bold first for the organization, as it is its first themed run built around water, play, and a whole lot of community spirit.
Just the same, part of the proceeds will go to a beneficiary. For this run, it will be for the benefit of CRIBS Foundation, Inc., a DSWD-licensed non-profit organization dedicated to caring for abandoned, neglected, and surrendered babies, and providing shelter and support for female minors who are survivors of sexual abuse. CRIBS offers a safe, nurturing space where healing begins and hope is restored.

*Race shirts are available for all categories in XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL sizes. It’s available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Race bibs will be color-coded according to the category: 16K (Aqua), 10K (Yellow), 5K (Blue) and 3K (Pink). Each bib comes with detachable stubs for the raffle, medal, finisher shirt and baggage claim.
