Using clay as their medium, students will discover the exciting process of turning ideas into unique three-dimensional works of art.

In this hands-on course, students will learn basic pottery techniques and skills through fun projects and activities. They’ll get to try out hand-building methods and decorate their creations with colorful glazes. This class encourages both artistic expression and skill-building, making it a great fit for young artists at any experience level.

Learning Objectives:

• Hand-Building Basics: Learn how to create pottery pieces using simple techniques like pinch pots, coils, and slabs.

• Creative Decorating: Explore ways to decorate your pottery using carving, painting, and glazing for awesome final touches!
