Step into your power and align your energy with Chakra Alchemy, a 7-week immersive series designed to activate, balance, and transform each of your seven chakras.
Each week, we’ll explore a different chakra through guided practices, embodiment exercises, sacred teachings, and deep inner work. This series blends yoga, energy healing, and alchemical wisdom to help you transmute blockages into personal power and spiritual growth.

Potluck: Bring blue-hued foods—blueberries, blue corn chips, purple cabbage slaw.
