Step into your power and align your energy with Chakra Alchemy, a 7-week immersive series designed to activate, balance, and transform each of your seven chakras.
Each week, we’ll explore a different chakra through guided practices, embodiment exercises, sacred teachings, and deep inner work. This series blends yoga, energy healing, and alchemical wisdom to help you transmute blockages into personal power and spiritual growth.
🌱 Week 7: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
Theme: Divine Connection, Transcendence, Unity
Integrate all the chakras and connect to source.
Potluck: Bring white or light-colored foods—coconut, cauliflower, mushrooms, rice dishes.
