Join us as we combine the benefits of nature and camaraderie with a 3 mile hike and 90 minute paddle board sessions for veterans, service members and those that love and support them! Fresh air, exercise, and good company- the perfect recipe for a great day!

Beginners welcome! The amazing people from MMY Paddle Boards will not only lead us on our hike, but will also provide an on land lesson and to provide words of encouragement and reminders on the lake.
