Zumba Gold (Low Impact World Dance) at Broadway, Sydney

Move and groove to happy, upbeat world music!
ZUMBA GOLD is a specialised low-impact, beginner-friendly dance fitness class that takes you on a tour of the globe! Experience a taste of Salsa, Bollywood, Flamenco, Cha-cha and more.

Unlike in a gym, this progressive course allows you to start with absolute basics, and build up your skills and fitness. It's taught step-by-step so you can find your feet, while enjoying the workout that's right for you.

Modifications are available to suit all bodies: injuries, arthritis, pregnancy, etc. You can even dance sitting down!

No experience needed, all ages welcome.

Broadway: Tuesdays 6.30pm from 29 April
(Also available Mondays 6pm in Chatswood and online)

10-week course costs $180 in person / $105 online.
Come twice a week, or add Bellydance or Yoga too, for a big discount.

Your teacher Rachel is an experienced dancer and teacher who loves sharing the joy of dance with students at all levels in their journey and stages of life.
