Put your taste buds to the test in this fun and interactive blind tasting event hosted by DiVino & Pizzata. No wine experience needed – just curiosity and a sense of adventure. Wine aficionados, this is your chance to show off your palate!
You’ll be presented with 8 mystery Chardonnays from around the globe, including:
- A beautiful Sicilian Chardonnay
- A South African standout
- A refined Australian example
- A prestigious French Chablis Grand Cru
- 2 of New Zealand’s top Chardonnays
- 2 wild cards - could be from anywhere!
🍇 How it works:
Each guest receives a tasting card to jot down impressions, rate each wine, and guess its origin. You will be guided through tasting and analysing each wine by winemaker Nikolai Siimes
At the end, we’ll reveal the lineup, discuss the wines, and crown the best-loved bottle of the night
It’s a great opportunity to explore the different expressions of Chardonnay and understand how the terroir and wine making techniques can make this popular variety so different.

Time: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Where: Pizzata deli shop, 7a Glasgow Rd, Pukekohe
Cost: $75 per person. Includes pizza and tastings 8 top wines including a Chablis Grand Cru
