A free community festival along the Arkansas River, stretching from Waterworks Park below City Park to the Whitewater Kayak Park downstream from the 4th Street Bridge!

The Steel City Arkansas River Festival (SCARF) is essential for the population of Pueblo and southeastern Colorado as it provides a unique opportunity to celebrate the region's natural beauty and outdoor recreational offerings.

·TrailGate at Whitewater Kayak Park with hands on demonstrations and live music.
