The goal of this series is to give the fastest street cars and outlaw cars in the Rocky Mountain region a chance at winning big payouts while providing spectators and enthusiasts with some great races to watch. To do that we have come up with a buy-in/payout plan that is based on the car count to ensure the payouts are sustainable and the track doesn’t take a loss.
These races will be on a prepped surface, run on a .400 Pro Tree, with some classes racing to the 1/8-mile and others to the 1/4-mile. The classes consist of traditional heads up classes and heads up index classes.
Each class needs a minimum of (8) pre-registered cars to run. If more than 32 cars show up to qualify for a class, the fastest 32 qualifiers or closest qualifiers to their class index will move on to the elimination rounds. Registration will open for each race on the dates listed below and will close at 8:00 PM the day before the race. If a class has at least (8) cars locked in before preregistration closes, the remaining 24 spots will be available for purchase at the gate on race day until Qualifying Rounds begin.
The ROCKY MOUNTAIN STREET CAR SERIES classes are:
1/8-mile: UNLIMITED, SMALL TIRE, and 5.30 / 5.80 / 6.50 / 7.50 INDEX CLASSES
1/4-mile: OUTLAW IMPORT, AWD ULIMITED, AWD DAILY, and 9.50 / 10.50 / 11.50 INDEX CLASSES
Unlimited, Small Tire, Outlaw Import, and AWD Unlimited entry is $260 including the tech card. The 5.30 - 1/8 Mile Index & 9.50 - 1/4 Mile Index Classes entry is $210. All other classes entry is $135. Spectators & Crew tickets are $20 each and only available at the Gate on race day.
