🚉 What’s the Plan?
We’re riding the Frontrunner from Provo to Ogden for an evening of games, snacks, socializing, and dinner with friends!
Whoever wants to ride the whole route, we’ll hop on at Provo Central Station at 3:53 PM, and enjoy the ride with great company as we make our way north along the Wasatch Front. The plan is to meet at the top level of the rear car at the back of the train. We’ll arrive in Ogden at 5:55 PM and take a short walk to Union Grill for dinner (everyone covers their own meal).
After dinner, we’ll catch a southbound train back—exact time will be shared the week of the event.
💸 Cost:
$5 base pay round trip on the Frontrunner using UTA’s Contactless Pay (credit/debit/tap) system. This fare is distance-based with a base fare of $2.50 for travel to one station plus $0.60 for each additional station. The maximum fare from Provo to Ogden is $9.70 one way.
Dinner is pay-your-own.
🧃🥨 While On the Train:
Bring snacks to share – sweet, salty, homemade, store-bought… surprise us!
Bring a favorite quick and easy game – card games, mini board games, social party games, etc. Join an existing game or start a new one and add your snacks to the snack table.
We’ll mingle, snack, and play our way to Ogden. (And maybe make a few new friends!)
