SheConnectsRI - Women's Networking

We started SheConnectsRI because we were craving something different. We wanted a space where women could genuinely connect, have real conversations, and leave feeling supported and energized. So we built the kind of gathering we wished existed: collaborative, welcoming, and intentionally community-focused.

We’re excited to bring this group together again, this time with a focus on energy.

• Meaningful connections with like-minded women in a relaxed, supportive setting
• A brief, practical guided Energy Audit to help you understand where your energy is going and where it needs to be protected
• Time to reflect on what’s energizing you, what’s draining you, and how to create better balance moving forward
• Opportunities to share insights, exchange ideas, and support one another in a warm, collaborative space
