ATTIRE
Beauty- formal dress can be cupcake, babydoll, hi/low, ball gown. may have rhinestones. custom made or off the rack. attire not score, overall impression is. (proper fit, does the color compliment the child, etc)
OOC- anything Red, White, Blue or Swim Wear (have fun with this, sky is the limit).. can be custom made or off the rack. Glitz attire welcome. Attire not scored. will provide music, no custom music.
Hair can be fixed and styled nicely and make up age appropriate. Fake nails on all ages allowed and tanning. NO flippers. Fake hair allowed but please keep it simple. Do not let the hair take away from the child's face. Eye lashes okay for 11 yrs and up.
