This free one-woman play written and performed by Wanda Schell recounts Elleanor Eldridge's experience as the first Black woman to argue a case in front of a court in the United States. Ms. Eldridge fought to recover her property after it was stolen by an unscrupulous money lender. This performance is open to the public!
