Flamenco Dance Workshop

In honor of Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month, Mt. Pleasant Community Library is excited to welcome Mariana Paes for two special flamenco dance workshops!

Flamenco is a multicultural artistic expression that integrates gitano (Roma), Spanish, Arab, Indian, and Latin American cultural influences! It emerged from the needs of oppressed peoples to express themselves and honor their journeys.
