Sound Healing at Hornbaker Gardens

Join us for an immersive sound healing journey set in the serene beauty of Hornbaker Gardens. Surrounded by the rhythm of rustling leaves, blooming life, and open sky, this session invites you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world through the power of vibration and deep listening.

Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, we will create a meditative soundscape that encourages rest, release, and realignment. As the harmonic tones move through your body and the gardens hold you in their stillness, you'll be guided into a state of calm awareness where healing and clarity can naturally arise.

This outdoor experience is designed to harmonize your nervous system with the earth’s frequency, inviting peace not just in mind, but in spirit and body as well.
