Join us at The Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice as we hold the inaugural session of our new Community Mental Health Support Group!
Given the uncertainty of the current times, it is normal for the trickle-down effects of sociopolitical change to adversely affect one's mental health. While you may feel buried beneath oppressive weight, like planted seeds, we can still grow and overcome if we can maintain a collective resiliency as a community.
We would like to offer everyone a space where they can seek support and guidance on how to care for their mental health in a society that is seemingly and progressively working against emotional wellness.
Please join us at BRCSJ HQ on the first Saturday of each month from 2-3pm for an open, community mental health support group facilitated by licensed psychologist, Kelsey Feret, Psy.D.
No sign-ups are necessary, and anyone 14+ is welcome to join.
As always, feel free to visit our community activist hub, educational bridge, & dedicated Safe-Space for all our LGBTQIA youth & seniors, our intersectional families, & all our beautifully diverse folx, & learn more about the good works of the people we strive to do herein each & every day at
