Yoga Elder Karen will be using Yoga & Somatics to help increase your mobility & strength, hopefully enhancing your day to day life, taking yoga off the mat to support you in all you do.

Karen will draw on her many years of experience as a Yoga teacher, Hanna Somatics Coach and Yoga Nidra Facilitator to create a workshop that will help you find grounding, stability & the ability to go with the flow for the current season.

Karen's workshops are fun, creative and give you plenty of time to deep-dive to learn more about how to take good care of yourself.

Yoga - a practice that brings mind body harmony via mobility, strength, breath and mindfulness to make us feel our best self

Somatics - mindful movement that allows you to sense rather than how do you look which can help you to release tension, create length & space to feel amazing!!

Yoga Nidra - a proper good rest to revitalise & leave you feeling well rested

Karen's Homemade Flapjacks - a bit of nourishment for your journey home 😋
