Late Summer YOGA AND GONG BATH

Join us for a gentle yoga flow in the beautiful enclosed garden. After the yoga session, enjoy a long Gong Bath (held inside) and let the sounds of the gong take you to a place of deep rest. Afterwards, there's refreshing Yogi Tea & chocolate dipped dates.
Please note: not suitable during pregnancy, with a pacemaker, or for those sensitive to sound vibration.
