Salsa is more than just a dance – it’s a party, a workout, and a great way to make new friends. Richard and Angela's sessions are friendly, fun, and designed to help you feel relaxed while learning something amazing.

Based in Penrith, Cumbria, they run weekly classes in Penrith and Carlisle. With 19 years’ experience, “Salsa in Cumbria” has brought Latin rhythms to the North of England and taught at top Salsa congresses across the UK – from Newcastle to Blackpool and Liverpool to Scarborough.
