Join us on Friday, August 1st for our 'Bully Defense' Class!
Free event to give our kids of the community a boost of confidence as they enter the school year. During our class, we will discuss the 4 IMPORTANT steps to avoid bullying, or stop it if its already happening!

1) Use your Eyes- avoid the bully
2) Use your mouth- ask the bully to leave you alone
3) Use your legs- walk away, RUN if you need to
4) Tell somebody- have a parent or teacher aware of the situation to watch for it, and support you!

As we know, bullying is a major issue when it comes to developing positive self-esteem at school. However, confidence beats bullying EVERY TIME!
