Open #AUDITIONS for #MaryPoppins Jr will be held on Saturday, August 2 at 4pm at Main Street Theatre (3235 N. Main Street, Prescott Valley, AZ). No appointment is needed.
REHEARSALS begin August 5, 2025 at the theatre, with a weekly rehearsal schedule of Tuesday - Thursday, 5-7pm. PERFORMANCES will run the weekends of September 12-14 and 19-21. This show will be directed by Jenn & David of ONE STORY MUSIC - a dynamic duo whose goal is to provide a positive and supportive experience while also teaching about the professionalism of the theatre. They work diligently to create an uplifting and fun environment for all kids and are excited to work with them in putting on this production. Seriously...no stress, just FUN!
Requirements for auditions:
- Prepare to sing a song in the style of the show (32 bars of a song or one verse and one chorus). *A bluetooth speaker will be provided for use or singing acapella is also fine.
- Be prepared to cold read a short scene from the show.
- Dress to move/dance.
- Please know that there is $145 participation fee for those selected to perform (scholarships always available).
