Creative Flow: Art & Yoga for Teens (Ages 14-17)

Discover the power of self-expression and mindfulness in Creative Flow, a unique class that blends art and yoga for teens. Each session begins with grounding yoga practices to help release stress, increase focus, and connect with the present moment. After finding balance on the mat, participants explore their creativity through various art techniques—sketching and mixed media.

Whether you’re a seasoned artist, a yoga enthusiast, or just looking for a creative outlet, Creative Flow is a space to connect, express, and recharge. Find your flow, free your mind, and create with intention!

Friday afternoons in June (6, 13, 27) & July (11, 18, 25) from 3:30-5:30 pm. $40/class.

Pre-registration required. Reserve your spot by sending your Venmo payment with "Creative Flow" and the date(s) you wish to register for in the note section. Please include your child’s name, age, and adult contact information as well.

Classes will be led by Art Therapist, Lorraine Murphy, and will be held at Blue Lotus Yoga, inside the Prairieville Jazzercise Studio- 17424 Airline Hwy Suite 8, Prairieville, LA 70769 (Oak Grove Center)

Credit for future class/event if can’t make it with prior day notice.
