The 5Rhythms ® offer an embodied Map to move from confusion to clarity. Somatic IFS came about to bridge the gap between body & mind in therapy, offering somatic practices as a way of connecting with our non-verbal/pre-verbal Parts. This Masterclass is a unique fusion of the 2 practices offering gateways to access to Embodied Self Energy in a collective healing space.

As with all of the IFS/5Rs workshops I run, this is not a standard dance class. So while there will be an hour of 5Rhythms wave dancing and otherwise the event will be mainly based on a series of somatic meditations/enquiries, dyad work, and journaling, so you won't find it physically taxing.
