Southside 5Rhythms Midwinter Dance

We welcome new dancers as well as experienced 5Rhythms® dancers to join our wild and welcoming tribe.

SouthSide 5Rhythms Mid-winter is a facilitated 5Rhythms® dance class with carefully curated and mixed music to guide you into an embodied enquiry as you move through the rhythms. Each class will invite you into a particular theme or question using guided exercises from the 5Rhythms® map.
The class is 90minutes long beginning with a brief warm-up and introduction followed by a minute guided wave, ending with a closing circle to offer some words from your experience... or not.
For those completely new to the practice of 5Rhythms® or if you're seeking a class with more facilitation and a guided enquiry this class is for you. Lucine will introduce the 5Rhythms® to all beginners as well as introducing the theme for the class.
