Co všechno dokážou prsa?
Umělectvo s nebinárními prsy (a plánovanou mastektomií) „trénuje“ svůj hrudník jako kulturista – zvedá postupně těžší předměty z domácnosti výhradně pomocí svého poprsí, a to v kamenně vážné parodii na silácké soutěže.
Tato provokativní performance na pomezí umění a cirkusu obrací naruby kulturní posedlost prsy coby pasivními objekty – měřenými, sexualizovanými a medializovanými – a proměňuje je v objekt námahy i odporu.

my gentle wild squirts je dílo pohybující se na pomezí tance, divadla, poezie a performance. S odvahou rozvíjí plný potenciál ženského hlasu – jeho zranitelnost, kink, sílu i citlivost. Snaží se překonat umlčující nálepky, které na nás klade společnost a vše, co musí vyjít na povrch, vypustit ven.
Helena, inspirována ideály Radical Softness, ohledává jejich kořeny skrze zpěv a growling – vzniká tak emotivní hostina, která přetéká do syrové a transformativní performance.
Radical Softness je pojem, který vytvořila umělkyně Lora Mathis v reakci na patriarchální tlak, který stigmatizuje citlivost, emoce a vše, co souvisí s feminitou. Nese v sobě přesvědčení, že otevřené sdílení vlastních pocitů a tužeb je politickým gestem. Zároveň je cestou, jak do prostoru a vztahů vnést péči.

✰ 𝟮𝟬:𝟯𝟬 | PiNKBUS platform: PiNKBUS
Projekt PiNKBUS představuje platformu, která zaštiťuje především mladé queer umělce a přináší do ČR a SR novou tvůrčí vlnu. Tvůrcům se podařilo během těchto komponovaných večerů spojit undergroundovou queer scénu a profesionální etablované umělce a na jevišti se přestřídala skutečně pestrá paleta umělců ze všech oborů. Navazuje na tradici pražských kabaretů a varieté a okořeňuje ji dávkou stoupajícího trendu – drag queens. Tvůrci reagují na silný celosvětový nárůst drag kultury a přinášejí jej do Prahy. Zájem o tento typ umění a performance nesmírně vzrostl a rozšířil se už i za hranice LGBT komunity. Otevírá diskusi o nejaktuálnějších tématech dnešní společnosti jako jsou sexualita, nahota, svoboda, tělesnost nebo kult krásy. Tvůrci jsou přesvědčeni o potřebě budování platformy pro queer uměleckou scénu každým dnem víc a víc. Vytváření bezpečného místa, které šíří osvětu a spojuje lidi je důležitější než kdykoli předtím.

Common body je série participativních zážitků, které utvářejí nebinární narativ o lidském těle. Účastníci jsou vyzváni, aby se navzájem vnímali skrze různé smysly se zavřenýma očima – čímž se stávají neschopnými jeden druhého zařadit podle genderového binarismu. Otevírá se tak možnost nové formy vzájemnosti.
Přenesením pozornosti z dominantního smyslu zraku (který je úzce propojen s kolonialismem a eurocentrickými rámci kategorizace, včetně genderové binarity) na dotek, zvuk a prostorové vnímání se účastníci noří do společného pohybu, kde se jednotlivá těla rozpouštějí v těle sdíleném.

Another EAO’s solo je performance bez pevné formy. Vždy jinak, pokaždé znovu. Queer, syrová, na dřeň.
Tanec a zvuk jako vibrace pravdy, přirozenosti a emocí, které nelze uchopit, ale nechat projít skrz tělo. Tělo se vyčerpává. A vyčerpání je hranicí.
Experimentální utváření nás samotných se odehrává skrze událost, která je něčím, co nelze anticipovat, co rozvrací naše každodenní zakoušení světa, je změnou, která přichází nečekaně, bez odkladu a klade na nás nárok.
Je to okamžik nárazu, kdy nám nepomáhají žádné normativní principy.

What can breasts do?
An artist with nonbinary breasts (and a future mastectomy) “trains” their chest like a bodybuilder, lifting progressively heavier household items using only their breasts in a deadpan parody of strength competitions.
This irreverent performance-art-meets-circus-act flips the script on the cultural fixation with breasts as passive objects (measured, sexualized, and medicalized) by transforming them into into a site of both labor and rebellion.

my gentle wild squirts is a piece in which it inhabits spaces between dance, theatre, poetry and performance. It dares to bring out the full potential of the feminine voice and its vulnerability, kink, power and sensitivity. It attempts to exceed the muting stamps put out by society, letting all that has to come out, be out.
Inspired by the ideals of Radical Softness, Helena investigates its roots towards her own essence by singing and growling, offering an emotional feast which spills into a transformative and raw performance.
Radical Softness is a term coined by the artist Lora Mathis as a response to the pervasive control of patriarchy on shaming things that are thought to be excessively sensitive, emotional or related to femininity. It carries the conviction that sharing your own feelings and desires unapologetically is actually a political move, and a way to install care in spaces and relationships.

The PiNKBUS project is a platform that supports primarily young queer artists and brings a new wave of creativity to the Czech and Slovak scenes. Through its curated performance nights, the creators have succeeded in connecting the underground queer scene with established professional artists, presenting a truly diverse range of performers from various disciplines.
The project draws on the tradition of Prague cabarets and variety shows, enriching it with a rising cultural phenomenon – drag queens. Responding to the global boom of drag culture, PiNKBUS brings this vibrant art form to Prague. Interest in this kind of performance has grown rapidly and now extends far beyond the boundaries of the LGBT community.

“Common body” Is a series of participatory experiences that shape a non-gendered narrative around the human body. By inviting participants to perceive each other through different senses with their eyes closed, they become unable to categorize one another through the gender binary, allowing a new form of relationality to emerge. By shifting their reliance on sight (the dominant sense tied to colonial euro-centric frameworks of categorization, including the gender binary) and experience through touch, sound, and spatial awareness, participants enter a shared flow of movement, where individual bodies dissolve into a common one.

Another EAO’s solo is a performance without a fixed form. Always different, always again. Queer, raw, to the bone.
Dance and sound as vibrations of truth, nature, and emotions that cannot be grasped – only passed through the body. The body exhausts itself. And exhaustion becomes the limit.
The experimental shaping of the self takes place through an event that cannot be anticipated, that disrupts our everyday experience of the world – a transformation that arrives suddenly, without delay, and demands something from us.
It’s a moment of impact, when no normative principles can help.
