Through a floating sound bath experience in an expanded setting, we’ll activate the Heart Chakra and explore the somatic principle of heart coherence—a state where breath, heartbeat, and brain rhythms align. Learn how sensory deprivation and subtle sound frequencies can guide you toward this regulated, joy-centered state of being.
This gathering supports emotional balance, nervous system peace, and inner spaciousness—an invitation to soften into summer and remember that joy can be gentle too.
This special offering will be held offsite in a serene space designed for expansion.
