Through guided tasks and microscores, we prepare to move, witness, play, create, connect, express, write, share, listen, be curious, brave. Accessing structures from improvisation modalities with intention, a reason to act, in a practice to be present and aware during movement play and exploration.
Each session will start with movement that warms our bodies with attention to breath and focus. Continuing to explore concepts, imagery, writings, we will observe and articulate a perspective of body, space, time, emotion, story, that may develop into instant compositions. A reflection of time spent diving into the creative potential of body and movement.
