Human Library Workshop

SWELL Festival celebrations continue as, in partnership with Northern Health & Social Care Trust and part of the Causeway Loneliness Network, Portrush Library is delighted to welcome you to our Human Library Project Toolkit Workshop.

Attendees will be guided by the Causeway Coast and Glens District Officer and NHSCT Health and Wellbeing Officer to learn how to develop and deliver their own Human Library Projects. The Human Library is a way for people to reach out and connect with individuals in their community that they might not normally engage with. Human libraries promote tolerance, celebrate differences and encourage understanding of people who come from varied cultural or lifestyle backgrounds
