Book reading by Heidi Edmundson

We are delighted to welcome home-grown author Heidi Edmundson back to Swell Festival, after her captivating reading at Sound Waves last year.

At this special event, Heidi will talk about how she began to write, how her writing techniques have developed, and how her upbringing in Portrush has shaped her as a writer. She will also share excerpts from her latest book 'Belly Full', which reflects on her experience recovering from cancer treatment, and what our beaches came to mean to her in that healing journey.

Participants will have the opportunity to buy a signed copy of 'Belly Full' with a portion of the proceeds going to REACH Portrush.
