Burn your worries in an opening welcome ceremony.

Then move your body through guided movement to release & connect with your muscles - to a range of musical genres, chill, groove & energy!

Move into a visualisation for your mind & body, further releasing any tension & stuck energy. Progressing into stretching your body in many delicious ways!

The magical culmination is a guided meditation where you can melt into your mat & drift away - followed by a closing ceremony with herbal tea.
