About the event

The Somatic You Workshop
Come into a state of being with Qigong. Step beneath the noise and stories that bind everyday life and immerse yourself in a transformative somatic Qigong movement workshop on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Whether you’re new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, this immersive workshop will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and re-energised.

Dates: Saturday 28 June from 10.00am to 1.00pm.

Duration: 3 hours with a break.

Cost: £30 per person.

Payments: Online via credit/debit card via SumUp.

Number of Students: Limited to 8 places. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Level: Everyone welcome. No experience needed.

Instructor: Nicola of Earth Balance Tai Chi.
