DATES ARE SET so mark your calendar… England Beach Soccer will once again bring you the very best in Youth Beach Soccer Championships at the home of beach soccer Appely Beach on the Isle of Wight fulled by Dominos and built by Networld Sports .
Teams affiliated during season 2024/25 qualify for the stated team entry age categories.
Accommodation & Travel/Transport:
If you book accommodation or travel for your group (players, families, coaches, supporters), England Beach Soccer and its partners are not responsible for these costs if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Cancellation & Reschedules:
If you can't attend an event with less than 7 days' notice, entry fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation with 70+ days' notice: Full refund.
Cancellation with 8-69 days' notice: 50% refund.
Cancellation with 7 days or less notice: No refund.
If events are cancelled due to extreme weather, we will reschedule. Entry fees will not be refunded, but you will get alternative dates.
Safeguarding & Welfare:
Each team must have a safeguarding representative and a first aider with a kit.
In emergencies, event providers will help with procedures.
All coaches must have valid DBS checks. Teams without this will be disqualified without a refund.
Children (Under 7 to Under 18) can play in mixed-gender matches.
All participants must complete a waiver form before playing.
Child Protection:
Our events follow the Football Association's Child Protection Policy. For details, call the FA/NSPCC Child Protection Hotline on 0808 800 5000.
All organizers and partners are DBS checked.
Behavior & Conduct:
Participants must accept the authority of event organizers.
Group leaders are responsible for ensuring their group's behavior is acceptable.
Extreme misbehavior may lead to removal from the event without a refund and possible charges for damages.
Misconduct may be reported to governing bodies for further action.
Insurance:
Wight Wave has public liability insurance, but this does not cover individual teams or personal injuries.
Teams should take out insurance for personal liability, accidents, and travel.
Medical insurance is strongly recommended.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for losses or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., war, riots, pandemics, weather disasters).
Responsibilities:
We are not responsible for the actions of other teams or for teams not fulfilling their matches.
We are not liable for loss or damage to property or vehicles at our events.
