Mental Skills Masterclass - with UNH professor Ben Chase!

Join us for a Free Mental Skills Masterclass with Guest Coach and UNH professor Ben Chase next Saturday, June 28th from 2-4pm!

You see your player struggling under the pressure of games. Even though they have all the physical skills and can perform in practice, game pressure, peer pressure, distraction, stress, anxiety, doubt, and negative self-talk are ready to pile on any mistake.

Coach Ben Chase is a former D1 basketball player, and D1 women's college basketball assistant coach, and currently teaches sport psychology and coaching as a professor at UNH, as well as coaching high school girls' basketball at Brooks School in Massachusetts.



In this Masterclass will be covering:
- The 4 key Psychological Skills applied to Free Throw Shooting
- How to use Goal setting - including outcome, process, and performance goals
- How to apply Arousal Regulation to pre-game and in-game routines
- How to use Imagery and Visualization to improve performance
- How to use Self-Talk and cue words to focus attention
