HOW TOURNAMENT WORKS ON THE DAY
Demand is expected to be high for both days of the tournament and we may adjust groups and timing of sessions dependent on the number of entries.
We will run separate leagues of up to seven teams per league within each age group with an eventual winner and runners-up from each league. There are no knock-out rounds.
All competitors in the under-sevens and under-eights age groups will receive a memento on the day.
Under-sevens and under-eights teams will play five-a-side in accordance with FA Rules.
Under-nines and under-tens teams will play seven-a-side, and under-11s teams and age groups upwards from this will play six-a-side.
Squad sizes at the tournament are limited to ten players per team.
