Killer tats and cats!! Get a cool tattoo and help support the kitties at Meow Lounge! Mary from 13 Moons Tattoo in Portland is graciously donating 50% of all tattoo proceeds on Saturday June 28th - 11am - 5pm - to the Lounge Cats.
